Luxury residential condominium in the district of Itaim Bibi, in São Paulo. There will be 40 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with an area ranging from 49 to 187m². The 2 and 3 bedroom units have a terrace and a double-height living room.
In this project, I participate in the elaboration of the final executive project, making attendance and visits to the building site, proposing technical solutions and participating in meetings with clients and designers.
